Neretic designs and facilitates workshops that aim to build capability and engage with ‘real’ issues. Our facilitation approach is to work with clients to understand their context and objectives and co-design an approach that balances purpose, understanding, relationship and action. We support leaders and teams to engage with complexity, surface unhelpful patterns and norms, and strengthen trust and accountability. Sessions are deliberately energising, well-contained, and provide enough challenge to shift thinking and behaviour. Workshops are tailored to organisational context and aligned with behavioural expectations, e.g., the APS DRIVE model. Neretic’s facilitation approach can be adapted to different environments, including both online and in-person formats, to maximise collaboration engaged participation.
